IT'S TRUE WHEN THEY SAY THE DAYS ARE LONG BUT THE YEARS ARE SHORT

If you’re anything like me, you’re often amazed how the weeks and months just fly by. Family life is a whirlwind. Especially the early years, full of magic, mess, joy, tears and - let's be honest - a little bit of chaos! One thing you'll never regret though, is pressing pause for a few hours and getting some beautiful photographs of your here and now. A natural family photography session means capturing the memories forever.

LITTLE POSING-LOTS OF FUN!

By letting the children run around and play, I know that any feelings of shyness quickly disappear. Heading outdoors is always a winner and I like to work so that the camera isn’t the focal point of attention. Everyone relaxes, no one is stifled. The smiles and laughs are real.

We’ll make time for some cuddly family group shots and i'll give you some gentle guidance but rather than being overly posed, it’s all about you being you and enjoying time together. And that's the most important thing of all.

I'm a mum of three and I've been there many times when little ones have their own ideas! If we need a bit more time, or we need to pause for a snack or a drink, please don't worry. I'm more than happy to go with the flow - it's all part of a natural family photography session.

PARENTS, LET'S GET YOU IN THE FRAME TOO!

Beautiful natural connections between you and your children are a joy to photograph. Your interaction and the way you all look at each other is precious however I know from my own family photos there's always one parent behind the lens taking the shot (99% of the time, me!). A photo session lets you all spend time together on the same side of the lens. I'll get some beautiful unscripted moments that years from now will mean even more.
